This is the Department Jennifer Works in - GMP (General Merchandise Product) - they single select items out of larger Cases - like one pack of pens, versus a full case of 20 packs of pens - and they place them with other items in a block tote - seen in the picture. These end up going to gas stations, so if you're ever in there, and they are stocking the shelves, take a look around for a tote and yellow stickers because chances are they came from a McLane Company - 7-11, Mobil, BP, etc.
